Flaming Tuna (Recipe)



Ingredient:
High Glutine Flour (120 g)
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup of warm water
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of fresh milk
Sauce:
2 tomato
1 1/2 glove of garlic
2 tbsp of tomato and chili sauce
1 tbsp of sambal
1 onion
1 1/2 tbsp of mustard
1/2 tbsp of pepper
1/2 tbsp of black pepper
1/2 of tsp salt
1 tbsp of dry basil
Filling:
1/2 of red capsican (cut slices)
1 red chili (cut into pieces)
8 chili padi (chopped)
1 oil tuna (small)
cheese
1/2 lime juice
Some parsley
(Bake time 200C - 3o minutes)
* Remark: Marinate the tuna with chili padi & lime juice
