Ingredient:
Petai
5 tbsp of sambal tumis
10 shrimps (peeled)
Assam juice (tamarind juice)
1 tbsp of dry shrimp (chopped)
Salt and Sugar to taste
3 shallot (chopped)
Method:
Heat up the wok, add in cooking oil.
Add chopped shallot, saute for a while. Add in dry shrimp saute until aromatic, than add sambal and prawn, mix well and add in the petai.
Add tamarind juice and sugar.
Wait for boil, add some salt to taste. Serve with rice.
