A (Oil Skin)
Ingredient:
200 g (Flour), 60 g (Oil or Butter), 30 g (Icing sugar), 60 g (Carrot juice for oil skin color or water)
* The colouring is optional if one original color only use water.
* For those who use oil, please keep some oil. See the dough whether it is dry, can add in oil some more.
B (Crispy Skin)
180 g (Flour), 80 g (Oil or Butter)
Filling one small yam or sweet potato (purple color), icing sugar, butter (optional)
Baking temperature 180 celsius ( about 30 to 40 minutes)
