1) High Glutine Mix Whole Meal Flour (120 g)
2) Yeast (half tablespoon)
3) Warm water (half cup)
4) Salt (half teaspoon)
Sauce*:
1) Tomato (2)
2) Garlic (3 glove)
3) Chili sauce
4) Korea Chili Paste (2 tablespoon)
5) Mustard
6) Salt and Sugar to taste
Filing:
1) 1 small potato (cut into small pieces)
2) 1 black pepper sausage
3) 1 onion (cut slices)
4) Cheese
5) Boneless Chicken (30 g)
6) Half Capsican (cut into slice)
7) Celery
Remark: Cook chicken first with 2 tablespoon of pizza sauce*
(Bake in 200 Celsius about 20 to 30 minutes)
