My wife like to eat Kailan, so if Kailan season, every time if she went to market, she will buy some, and cook with different style.

2 Stalk kailan
2 clove garlic
2 dry mushroom
some sweet peas
some corrot
half tomato
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
salt to taste
2 tablespoon corn flour water
Direction :
1) Heat the wok with 2 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
2) Add in choped garlic , fried until fragrant add in tomato slice,carrot and mushroom.
3) Stir it about 1 minute , add in sweet peas,kailan hard branch , stir for a while.
4) Finally add in the kailan leaves and salt , stir it until the leaves turn solf , add some water .
5) when boil add 2 tablespoon corn flour water , stir and mix well.
