Yummy chicken, can't wait to eat it. It's kind of spicy but nice to eat. Delicious.
Recipe:
1/2 bake chicken (cut into small piece)
1 cup of oil
6 shallot (cut slice)
Few sweet pea
Mint
1/2 lime (press juice)
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
2 tablespoon of fresh chili paste
2 tablespoon of chili sauce, chili padi (chopped)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
Method:
1. Heat the oil & fry chicken about 15 minutes, take out and leave aside.
2. Marinade the shallot with lime juice.
3. Mix chili paste, chili sauce, sugar, chili padi, soya sauce.
4. Add in the shallot, coriander, then mix with the chicken.
5. Serve it.
