Curry Long Bean + Onion Biscuit (Recipe)

Ingredient: Long Bean Bean Curd Stick Dry Curry Powder Fresh Milk Shallot Garlic Salt to taste some sugar Onion Biscuit Ingredient : Spring Onion - Cut into thinly sliced 1 tbsp oil Flour + pinch sugar and salt some pepper water

Claypot Japanese Taufu (Recipe)

Ingredient : Japanese taufu - 1no Dry Mushroom - 1no Garlic - 1 Glove Baby Pak Choy - 1/2 no Green Chili - 1no Tomato - 1no Salt & soy sauce to taste 1 cup of water 1tsp of corn flour Direction : 1) Hot the Claypot with 2tbsp of sesame oil,than add in the garlic dry mushroom,baby pak choy. 2) Cook for a minute,add in tomato and green chili. 3) Add water and some salt & soy sauce to taste.Turn down the heat and leave it boil. 4) Heat the wok than slightly fry the Japanese Taufu.(Golden brown colour) 5) Lastly add in the Japanese Taufu into the Claypot. 6) Add in some corn flour water,when boil off the heat. 7) Serve it.

Yam (Crispy Mooncake)

A (Oil Skin) Ingredient: 200 g (Flour), 60 g (Oil or Butter), 30 g (Icing sugar), 60 g (Carrot juice for oil skin color or water) * The colouring is optional if one original color only use water. * For those who use oil, please keep some oil. See the dough whether it is dry, can add in oil some more. B (Crispy Skin) 180 g (Flour), 80 g (Oil or Butter) Filling one small yam or sweet potato (purple color), icing sugar, butter (optional) Baking temperature 180 celsius ( about 30 to 40 minutes) Happy Mid Autumn Festival!!
