Naan (Recipe)


Ingredient:
1 tsp (dry yeast)
1 tsp (sugar)
200g (Plain Flour)
0.25 tsp (Salt)
0.5 (Baking powder)
1 tbsp (Oil)
2 tbsp (Natural yogurt)
2 tbsp (Milk)

Direction:
1 tsp yeast + 1 tbsp of warm water + 1 tsp of sugar, mix well and leave 5 minutes.
Dough - 200g plain flour + 0.25 tsp of salt + baking powder, mix well + oil, yogurt, milk and yeast. Knead, make dough.
After 5 to six minute rise,
preheat oven 140 degree celcius, shape the dough, twist out to make 4 pcs of naan. Thickness about 0.5 cm. Put on the non stick plate. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with curry.
