Hot Lasagne

Ingredient:
Meat sauce
1/2 cup of water
1/2 onion
2 glove garlic
45 gram pork mince + 150 g (chicken mince meat)
Salary and carrot (chopped fine)
Olive oil
Black pepper
2 tomato (chopped)
1/2 cup tomato paste
3 tablespoon of chili paste
1 1/2 tablespoon korea hot chili paste
1 tablespoon of dry basil
Salt to taste

Sauce (Beshamel):
1.2 cup of fresh milk (0.25 liter)
Salt
15 g of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of flour
Grated parmesan cheese (25 g)
* Hot the wok then put in the ingredient and mix well

Pasta:
150 g of flour
25 g of water
1 egg
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
* Mix all the ingredient then knead it, make a dough. Wrap it with cling film and put into fridge about 30 minutes.
After that take out and roll it. The thickness is about 0.10 to 0.20 mm.
Boil water, cook about 5 to 8 minutes. Take out then drop into cold water.
After cold, take out, put some sauce at the bottom then pastry, then meat sauce and cheese. Continue to do it until 2 to 5 layer.
Preheat 190 C, then bake about 25 to 30 minutes, leave cold 5 minutes, serve it.
