Fried Tomato Egg Soup


Ingredient:
2 tomato - chopped
2 glove of garlic - chopped
1 egg
4 fresh black mushroom - cut slices
1 stalk of coriander - cut into 1 inch long
Salt and soy sauce
Pepper

Method:
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the pot, then follow by chopped garlic. When garlic turn to golden brown color, add in the chopped tomato and pepper. Stir it about 1 minute. Beat the egg with some pepper and soy sauce than pour into the pot, leave a while, stir it and pour in the water. When boil, add the mushroom, salt, soy sauce and pepper. After boil, add the coriander, then serve it.
