                       Pao Flour 500gm,Water 250gm,Sugar 50gm,1/2 teaspoon salt,Oil 25gm,yeast 6gm
                       For Filling
                       1 stalk of kailan -cut small about 1cm
                       shrimp 1 tablespoon
                       2 Glove Garlic
                      3 Shallot
                      Pepper
                      Salt & Sugar to taste

(B) Curry Tuna Pau
Ingredients : 1 small can Tuna-oil tuna
                        1/2 onion-cut small piece
                        1/2 pkt Dry Curry power
                        Some Mustard
                        Salt to taste
