Curry Potato Bread



Ingredient:
Stuffing ingredient (1 large potato, some curry leaf, half onion, half packet of dry curry powder, soy sauce, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of sugar, stuffing direction)
1. Clean the potato and put in the boil water and cook until it soft.
2. Then, peal the potato skin and cut into smaller pieces.
3. Cut the onion into small pieces.
4. Hot the wok, add in oil and onion. Then, add the curry powder. Stir it.
5. Add in curry leaf, potato, soy sauce, salt to taste and sugar. Mix well and add 4 tablespoon of water.
6. Cook until it looks sticky. Take it out and leave it cold.
Preparation on how to make bread
1. 200 gram (high glutine flour), 20 gram (fresh milk), half tablespoon (sugar powder), 80 gram (water), half teaspoon (yeast), half teaspoon (salt), 1 tablespoon (non salt butter).
Direction
1. Mix well all the ingredient beside butter and rub it to become a dough.
2. Add in butter little by little into the dough. Knead dough for 30 minutes.
3. Put aside. Leave it ferment.
4. After 1 hour, beat out the air. Cut the dough into 4 small dough. Ferment for about 15 minutes.
5. Roll the dough into oval shape.
6. Put 1 tablespoon potato stuffing. Then, fold it. Spray some water and sprinkle some sesame.
7. Ferment for about 30 minutes. Use 190 degree, baked it for about 20-25 minutes.
