Curry Chicken with Potato (1)

Instead of I love to eat Curry very much , so my wife have to always cook curry .But my wife said eat curry too much is not good for our health , so she have to create her own recipe . Hope is not too bad for my health . So everytime she will add some vegetable or change the coconut milk to fresh milk . Sometime she also cook the curry without put coconut milk or fresh milk , the taste also very delicious . Normally she like to steam the chicken first , becouse this method can make the chicken meat become tender very fast and save cook time for a working lady.
*** Because normally our dinner time is about 8 o'clock , and she only can start cook at 7 o'clock after work ***** Below is one of the curry recipe hope you can enjoy !!!


Ingredients :

1/2 skinless chicken
2 cloves garlic
4 shallot
2 lemon grass
1 teaspoon of corriander seed
5 nos of white pepper
4 potato
2 pack of dry curry powder
some curry leave
sugar & salt to taste
1/2 cup of fresh milk
1 tomato
1 onion

Direction :

1) Steam the chicken about 15 minute , than cut into small pieces.
2) Blanded garlic, shallot, ginger, lemon grass & pepper.
3) Mix curry powder with 50ml water (if too thick can add somemore water)
4) Potato & onion cut into wedges .
5) Heat the wok , add in some olive oil . Saute all ready blanded ingredients about 1 minute, turn medium heat, add in curry powder , stirring frequently , until can see the hot chili oil and frangrant, add in the coriander seed, curry leave and continue stirring .
6) Mix in potato , cook about 2 minute, than add in sugar & salt to taste.
7) Finally add in chicken, onion & tomato, stir it, than add in water, cover wok with the wok cover. 5 minute open & stirring than cover again. Repeat it until chicken & potato turn tender (can cut with a spoon) than add in the fresh milk, when boil and sauce become thick, remove from heat .
8) Serve with rice or bread , is too Yummy ........ ......
