Kerabu Mango

Ingredients :

1 No Green Mango (About 1/2 Kg)

3 Tablespoon Shrimp
6 Nos Chili Padi
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 no Lemon Juice
Salt 1 Teaspoon and Soy Sauce to Taste
6 Nos Shallot
1 teaspoon Belacan Powder (optional)
Pepper Mint
1/2 Galangal Flower


Direction :

1) Mango sliced thinly. Shrimp slightly chopped.
2) Chili padi, shallot & galangar flower cut in sliced.
3) Lastly used a big bowl, add in all ingredients, mix well.
4) Served it.

(If not consume immediately, keep it in refrigerator and serve in cool)
