Potato special mix

My wife have created this dish called "POTATO SPECIAL MIX" because it have a lot of variety and it's spicy also. Very nice to eat with rice.

Recipe:
4 medium size potato (peeled and cut into 8 pcs each)
1 tomato (cut into 8 pcs)
Meat cut into very thin slices
1 red chili
1 big onion (cut into many pcs)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
Some slice of carrot
5 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of fresh coriander cut into 2.5 cm
2 tablespoon of fresh chili paste
1 tablespoon of chili padi sauce
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
salt to taste
1 tablespoon of white promfret fish sauce
Corn flour
1/2 cup of water

Method:
1. Heat 4 tablespoon of olive oil and then put in the potato.
2. Meat slice marinade with salt and pepper.
3. Fry until the potato turn to brown color. Take out and leave aside.
4. Heat the wok with another 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the meat, take out and leave aside.
5. Heat again the wok with the remaining oil. Grind the garlic, then add onion, red chili, tomato and carrots.
6. Add in the meat and potato, mix well.
7. Add fresh chili paste, chili padi sauce, sugar, white promfret sauce and salt to taste.
8. Pour in 1/2 cup of water, simmer it about 1 minute.
9. Add in corn flour water and coriander.
10. Served.
