Fish Dumpling

Recipe:
Chop Meat RM 2.00
Chop Fish Meat (Ikan Tenggiri) RM2.50
3 Coriander (cut into 0.5 cm)
3 pcs of Cabbage leave (chopped)
1 inches carrot (chopped)
Salt to taste
4 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 teaspoon of pepper
3 tablespoon of water
(mix all the ingredients)

Method:
1. Take a plate and put some flour.
2. Take a piece of dumpling skin and put into a tablespoon stuffing.
3. When all finish, boil the water and put in the dumpling. Remember to always move the dumpling to avoid the dumpling to stick together.
4. When it boil, add a cup of ice water than take out and serve with sauce.
