Fry Kailan

This is called "FRY KAILAN". My wife loved to eat this vegetable. Whenever she go to the market, she will surely buy Kailan to eat. Kailan is also suitable for people who got "chicken pox".

Recipe:
2 stalk of Kailan
3 glove of garlic (chopped)
1 tomato (cut into pieces)
carrot (a few pcs)
1 tablespoon of sweet dry carrot
salt to taste
3 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 cup of water
corn flour

Method:
1. Put 3 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Add garlic, sweet dry carrot, tomato, carrot and kailan root.
2. Stir and mix well about 1 minute. Add kailan leaf, salt to taste and stir it.
3. Add in water, simmer it.
4. Lastly, add some corn flour water to make it look not so waterly.
5. Dish up and served.
