This weekend we bring back many organic vegetable from my wife home town, the vegetable all is plant by my father in law, this bitter gourd is one of the vegetable we bring back.
Ingredient :
Bitter Gourd - 1no about 350g
Dry Mushroom -3nos
Enoki Mushroom - 1 pack
Tomato - 1 no
Fry Dried Bean Curd Stick
Garlic - 3nos
Onion - 1no (medium)
Dry Chili - 3nos
1/2 tbsp miso
1tbsp Asam Juice + 1tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar (or follow our taste)
a bit soy sauce and salt to taste
some spring onion
Direction :
1) Boil water than add in 1 tablespoon salt and add in the bitter gourd, cook about 3 minute, than drain it.
2) Heat the pot with 1 tablespoon olive oil, add in garlic, dry chili,tomato, onion and bitter gourd .
3) Stir well, simmer for 2 minute, add in dry mushroom, miso and 1 1/2 cup of water.
4) Wait for boil than add in asam juice, fish juice, soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
5) Add in the fry dry bean curd stick .(See whether is too dry can add in some water)
6) Cook about 40 minute.
7) Lastly add in the enoki mushroom, cook about 2 minute.
7) Serve it with sparkling some green onion.
