Original Sponge Cake (Recipe)

Today early morning my wife wake up and make this sponge cake for my breakfast-----because yesterday nite she make a chocolate flavoured cake but unsuccessfull. Ingredient: 1 square of taufu - cut into small 3 fresh black mushroom - cut slices 1 tablespoon of chop cabbage and tang hun 2 stalk of coriander - cut 2 inch long 1 tomato - cut into small carrot - cut stripe water - 1 bowl soy sauce and salt 3 tablespoon of black vinegar some spring onion- cut small Method: 1) Add water into pot, boil it. 2) Heat turn to medium, add in tomato and carrot, cover the pot when boil, add in mushroom, cabbage and tang hun. Simmer about 15 minutes, then add taufu, soy sauce and salt to taste 3) When soup boil again, add in the black vinegar 4) Top the soup with coriander and spring onion 5) Serve when hot
