Ingredient:
Sambal Lady's Finger
Dry Shrimp
Asam juice
1/2 onion - cut slices
1 tablespoon of lime juice
5 slice of carrot
2 glove of garlic - chopped
1 red chili
Sugar and salt
Method:
1) Onion merinade with lime juice, set aside
2) Heat the wok with 2 tablespoon of olive oil, add in garlic till the garlic turn to golden color, add in dry shrimp until the aroma of the dry shrimp comes out.
3) Add sambal, stir it
4) Add in lady's finger, carrot stir it for a minute, the add the red chili, asam juice, sugar and salt to taste
5) Off the heat and mix in the onion, stir well and dish out
