(i) Fried Onion Egg
Ingredients : 1 big onion, 1 red chili, 2 glove garlic, 2 egg, pepper, salt to taste
Direction : Onion, red chili cut slice,chop garlic.
Beat egg with some pepper.
Heat wok with some olive oil, add in garlic,when garlic turn in yellow colour add in the onion, red chili & salt. Cook until the onion turn soft, pour in the egg and mix well. Fried until both side turn to yellow gold colour, serve it.
(ii) Chili Black Bean Fish
Heat the wok, add in 2 tablespoon olive oil, fried ginger, garlic, shallot,
tomato.
Add in lead, chili black bean, sugar and salt to taste.
Finally add in fish and 1/2 cup of water, when boil, add 1 tablespoon corn flour water and some soya sauce than serve it.

2 shallot, 1 1/2 spoon chili black bean, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt to taste, some corn flour, soya sauce
Heat the wok, add in 2 tablespoon olive oil, fried ginger, garlic, shallot,
tomato.
Add in lead, chili black bean, sugar and salt to taste.
Finally add in fish and 1/2 cup of water, when boil, add 1 tablespoon corn flour water and some soya sauce than serve it.
