Fish with China Leek

After a long day of thinking on what to cook, my wife decided to cook something that me and herself can eat because that time we both have this sickness called "chicken pox". That time both of us can't eat good food such as curry, belacan, chicken and etc. Then my wife created this recipe so that both of us can eat good food instead of eating porridge for 2 weeks. The name of this recipe is called "FISH WITH CHINA LEEK" which is created by my wife.


Recipe:
Medium size "White Promfret (Ikan Bawal)"
2 stalk of China Leek
Half tomato (cut into 4 slices)
1 piece of Red Chili (cut into small pieces)
1 clove of garlic
1 slice of ginger (chopped)
1 onion
oil, corn flour, salt

Method:
1. Clean the"White Promfret (Ikan Bawal)", then put a little bit of salt and corn flour.
2. Hot the Wok and put 3 table spoon of olive oil. When the wok is hot, put the fish inside and slightly fry it. When the fish turn to gold color, take the fish out and put a side.
3. Put 1 table spoon of olive oil and saute garlic, ginger until fragrance. Add red chili, onion,tomato and china leek. Put some salt then put in the fish on top, then put half cup of water and leave to simmer until boiled. Thicken with corn flour water and wait for it to boiled.
4. Dish up and served.
